We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
A reverse shipment fee of ₹159/- will be deducted per item per order at the time of refund.
All items must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with the original packaging and with the non-breakable security tag intact.
Once the security tag is cut, removed, or tampered, no returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
🚫 No Returns Accepted If:
The item has been worn or washed
The security tag is missing or broken
The product is returned in poor or damaged condition
💰 Refund Terms
Refunds are applicable only for prepaid/online payments made through our website.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchange Policy
Once your exchange request is approved, reverse pickup will be initiated within 2–3 working days.
After the returned item is received and reviewed, a new exchange order is automatically placed and shipped within 48 working hours.
Delivery of the new item may take 24–72 business hours.
Exchange Charges:
₹99/- for the first exchange request
₹159/- for any further exchange requests
These will be collected via Cash on Delivery (COD) during delivery of the exchanged item.
❌ Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
